The Georgia Baptist Conference Center - Norman Park is a conference and retreat center for Georgia Baptists located on what was previously the campus of Norman College, in the heart of Norman Park, Georgia. Beds of roses, gerber daisies, and various other flowers add beauty and color to the genteel campus almost year-round. Rocking chairs on the veranda of Brand Hall transport guests to a simpler time.
Large and small groups are invited to use the facilities, which are handicapped-accessible. Up to 500 can be accommodated overnight and larger groups can use the facilities for day meetings. The auditorium has a seating capacity of more than 800, and there are over 26 conference rooms. Four of the conference rooms will accommodate from 100 to 200 people; the other rooms will accommodate 40 to 60 comfortably. Recreational facilities include a gymnasium, swimming pool, four tennis courts, and a playing field for various recreational activities.
The Georgia Baptist Conference Center - Norman Park is part of the Georgia Baptist State Missions Program and is available for use by any Baptist church in Georgia. The conference/retreat center is conveniently located on Highway 319, less than 15 miles from I-75 at Tifton, Georgia.
