Mission Volunteers Ministries
The Mission Volunteers Ministries exist to assist and encourage Georgia Baptists to "be on mission" around the world. The office of Mission Volunteers can assist you in locating a ministry location in Georgia, throughout the Southeast, and in our mission partnership areas. Our ultimate goal is to see each Georgia Baptist involved in at least one mission project each year, meaning over 1 million Georgians would be actively sharing their faith in Christ through personal involvement in missions. What a difference we could make in this world if we each were living out our faith in Jesus Christ!
The Mission Volunteers area claims Acts 1:8 as the underlying principle of our work. For Georgia Baptists, our Jerusalem and Judea can be found right here in Georgia; our Samaria focuses on partnership missions throughout the U.S.; the World (the "Uttermost") component of our Acts 1:8 strategy represents international mission partnerships. Click each link (Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, Uttermost) in the left-hand menu to discover our current partnership opportunities. Or call or email us for more information.
Our motto is:
"Georgia Baptist Mission Volunteers: Making a Difference!"
