  Reaching Out to Your Home Area!

Jesus said we would be witnesses for Him "in Jerusalem."

In the Acts 1:8 Challenge strategy, Jerusalem represents your local area--where you live. There are many people in your area who have not yet been reached by your or any other church. Could they be reached? If so, how?

Perhaps some of these people need a specific ministry to reach them. A particular type or style of ministry might help them to hear the gospel in a clear way.

Maybe your church can reach some of these people. Perhaps other churches in the area can reach others. Some may be reached only by starting new churches that are designed to reach people of different languages, cultures, or simply lifestyle!

Contact your local association for ideas and resources and to share your ideas for reaching your home area for Jesus.
