Major Phil Kramer
Phil Kramer has been an Army chaplain since 2004 and, in addition to two tours with the Rangers, he has served with the 82nd Airborne Division and also at the Pentagon with the Office of the Chief of Chaplains. He has deployed 8 times to Iraq and Afghanistan. Phil is currently the senior chaplain for Army Rangers at Fort Benning, Georgia. He has been married to his wife, Shara, for 17 years and has five children.
A committed leader of men in his home church in Atlanta and across the nation. He is the author of the book “Who Told You that You Were Naked.” He is a devout Christian man pursuing the life of a Psalm 112 man and the promises of Deuteronomy 28:11-14. His greatest desire is to fulfill the purpose of God for his life and to be a living proof of God’s exceeding great and precious promises.
His music crosses multi-ethnic and generational boundaries. Chris has the unique ability to connect with people of all walks of life. He has been blessed to lead thousands in Worship across the United States and Nicaragua. Chris currently serves as the Worship Pastor of Liberty Baptist Church of Dalton, Ga. He is also a music evangelist, telling the story of God’s love and forgiveness. He has a beautiful family that includes his wife Renee, and two children, Rylie and Gage.

The State Men’s Conference is our annual men’s conference scheduled each year on the second Saturday of August in various places near the central part of the state. Our goal for these conferences is to bring men together in one accord to become edified for God’s purpose in their lives.
