Annual Meeting Messenger Registration
This registration is only for messengers who have been nominated by their churches.
Important:
You should have received a letter indicating how many messengers for which your congregation qualifies. With questions, contact helpdesk@gabaptist.org.
Please register online as soon as possible for the 2020 GBC Annual Meeting.
The meeting will be a one-day event on Monday, November 9 at Ingleside Baptist Church in Macon. We are adjusting the schedule this year out of concern for the health of Georgia Baptists. By registering early (prior to November 2), you will help streamline the check-in process onsite, allowing Georgia Baptist staff to pre-package your name badge and other materials that you’ll receive when you check-in.
An additional step to help with registration:
On the day of the annual meeting at Ingleside, please consider arriving early to check-in between 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., then you can go to lunch and return in time for the 1 p.m. start of the meeting. This will also help expedite the onsite check-in process.
Each congregation qualifies for a different number of messengers based on Cooperative Program giving in 2019. According to Article II of our Constitution, mission congregations may request messengers to be registered through their sponsoring church as they do not qualify for messengers directly.
To register, follow these instructions:
- Login to iGO by going to igo.gabaptist.org
- Your church username – Username
- Your church password – Password
- Click the option to register, then follow the prompts and instructions
- Print the confirmation for each messenger to bring to the Convention Annual Meeting Registration area to receive ballots.
Registration will be open 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Monday, November 9.
