The Georgia Baptist Mission Board exists to be a valuable resource for Georgia’s pastors, ministry leaders, and churches by providing guidance, resources, and training to equip them for spiritual growth and understanding of the Christian faith. In addition, through Mission Georgia, we model ministry for churches and mobilize them to express compassion as Jesus did through Gospel-centered ministry to people who are hurting in our communities throughout the state and the world. We further equip churches to continue that ministry in ways that build relationships and bridges for sharing the gospel.

We are dedicated to caring for pastors and their families by offering resources and support to help them navigate the challenges of ministry. This includes providing access to mental health and wellness resources, support for continuing education and professional development, and opportunities for building community and networking with other church leaders.
