Tutorial: How To Easily Submit Your ACP Online

The 2025 Annual Church Profile, or ACP, allows your church to review and update
its organizational, leadership, and ministry information with the Georgia Baptist
Mission Board.  Your church should receive an ACP packet at the mailing address listed in iGO.
It includes:

  • - Your church’s username and password
  • - Current organizational and leadership information
  • - The 2025-year ACP statistical form and definitions
  • - GBC Annual Meeting messenger information
  • - A self-addressed, stamped return envelope

Churches may report online or return the printed forms by mail.

Online reporting is strongly encouraged.

5. Other Additions

The number who joined your church by transfer of letter, statement, or another

Printed forms may be returned in the self-addressed, stamped envelope included
in your packet.

Online reporting is preferred because it is faster, reduces mailing delays, and
limits additional data entry.

Reporting Deadline

The recommended GBMB deadlines for the ACP the fiscal year September through
August is November 15, 2026 and fiscal year January through December is February 15, 2027.

Your local association may have set an earlier deadline for inclusion in its
annual meeting reports or printed materials.

Why Participation Matters

Completing an ACP helps the Georgia Baptist Mission Board and local associations
maintain accurate church records and understand ministry activity across the
state.

A church must complete an ACP statistical report and make a qualifying contribution
through the Cooperative Program, GBMB, or another GBC cause to be considered a
cooperating church.

Cooperating status affects eligibility for:

  • GBC Annual Meeting messengers
  • Certain state resources and benefits
  • Other opportunities related to cooperation

An association must also have at least eight cooperating churches to qualify for
Executive Committee representation.

Online Giving

Churches may use iGO to give online to SBC and GBC mission causes. Online gifts
generate an email confirmation for the church’s records.
