ReFocus Pathfinder Certification Retreat (Clayton)

The ReFocus Pathfinder Certification Retreat is a two-day training experience for approved leaders preparing to serve pastors and churches through revitalization across Georgia.
Participants will receive practical training in shepherding pastors and vision teams through the six ReFocus steps: Discovery, Convergence, Pyramid, Path, Ladder, and Toolkit. The retreat will emphasize biblical renewal, pastoral presence, adaptive leadership, facilitation skills, clear communication, and the ability to speak truth in love.
Certification includes submitting a Pathfinder application, attending and participating in the certification retreat, and co-leading an event while being coached by a certified Pathfinder. Pathfinder certification is directly with Corpus, and the training is provided by the Georgia Baptist Mission Board.
Retreat Details
• Participation is for approved Pathfinder applicants.
• Space is limited and reservations will be accepted in the order they are received.
• Lunch will be provided both days.
• Dinner will be provided on Monday.
• Coffee and snacks will be available throughout the retreat.
• Lodging will be provided when needed.
• New Pathfinder applicants will be connected with Corpus concerning the $500 certification fee.
• Participants must commit to attending both full training days.
