We equip our churches with the training and opportunities to take the gospel to the ends of the earth.

The need for the gospel is great, and the answer is the church. To reach the world with the gospel, we need more leaders, clear strategies, and a broad commitment to missions. Our work centers around developing a church's biblical vision for missions, training missional leaders, and aligning them with partnerships with great impact potential.

Missions is at the heart of who we are as Georgia Baptists. Whether it's local, national, or international, we partner together to serve the Lord in the call to reach the world with the gospel.

We partner with you in two ways:

Missional Outreach Leader Development

Only 5% of Georgia Baptist churches have a staff member that leads missions. That means the vast majority are led by the senior pastor or a volunteer. Yet only 14% of Georgia Baptist churches have a volunteer that carries the task of carrying the missions banner. In most cases, that means someone is planning missions trips.

Developing missional outreach leaders through a pipeline is essential to every church's effective focus and pursuit of sharing the gospel with the world. We come alongside passionate pastors and churches who desire to develop leaders for the purpose of accomplishing the Great Commission.
