Church Non-Profit/501(c)(3) Documentation
Below is the form to apply for your church's 2025 501(c)(3) non-profit status. The deadline for 2025 applications is November 30, 2024.
To get started, please fill out the basic application form below. This will confirm the accuracy of key information about your church's contact information.
The additional documents listed are recommended but not required at this time. We understand many churches may not yet have formal articles of incorporation, bylaws, various policies, etc. Do not let this deter you from applying.
Once we receive your application, we will review the information and advise you of any next steps for achieving 501(c)(3) designation. We are providing documentation templates (.zip file) for download as a resource for your church if you do choose to put in place any new and/or updated documents for your church.
